Police Going to Get Sued....For Killing marijuana plants!!!

A couple whose medical-marijuana plants were seized are threatening to sue authorities because the plants were returned dead. The couple said they were using the plants for medical purposes and providing marijuana to several patients who were licensed to get it. The narcotics charges against the Masters were dropped in June, and the plants were returned to them Monday, but dead.

A funeral service for the marijuana plants will be held on Thursday!

NORTH COLLEGE HILL, Ohio — Two Boy Scouts and their fathers selling Christmas trees were knocked to the ground by three men with sawed-off shotguns who took about $350, police in this Cincinnati suburb said. Both adults and one boy also were punched.

The men were last seen running down a nearby street after the robbery Monday night. "They were gutsy enough to not have masks and stupid enough to hit a kid," said police Sgt. Robert Kidd.

A firefighter who reportedly found a rope and a threatening note with a drawing of a noose in a Baltimore station house last month admitted to placing the items there himself, it was reported. The Baltimore Sun reported Sunday that Donald Maynard, a firefighter and paramedic in-training, who is African American, confessed to police.

What should be the penalty for a hate crime if the hate crime is really a hoax that was put on by an African-Amierican? Does it make a difference?

NEW YORK - Call it a pre-Halloween apparition: Python in potty. That's what a Brooklyn woman said she discovered as she was washing her hands in her third-floor bathroom one morning, before dawn.

Peeking out from the toilet were the eyes of a python, its 7-foot-long body hidden in the pipes, Nadege Brunacci told the Daily News.

"I turned on the light and screamed," she told the Daily News. "It still makes my heart race."

Brunacci slammed down the lid, put a heavy box on top of the toilet and began calling for help, which came from her landlord and firefighters. Plumbers had to tear apart the downstairs neighbor's pipes to capture the snake, she said.

Brunacci says she gave the snake to a friend who keeps it as a pet and named it after her.

Brunacci, 38, a restaurant owner, says she started using her daughter's training toilet after Monday's incident. And when she brushes her teeth, she told the News, "I'm looking over my shoulder."

They cross our borders illegally, and stay in our country without even asking us for permission.

As taxpayers, we pay their way with foodstamps, medical care, welfare, and dual language school systems.

We witness their pride to fly the Mexican flag on the streets of America, and complain [as illegal aliens] that their rights are not being protected.

We hear the Mexican Government say that the illegal immigrant problem exists because American business hires illegal Mexican immigrants.

Did you know that Mexico is the 5th Largest Oil producer on the planet and we find ourselves paying the way for illegal "Mexican citizens" to live in the U.S.! Is there something wrong with this picture?

Should we send the 14 million illegal immigrants back home. Demand that Mexico foot the bill to bring them back. Demand that Mexico pay back the U.S. for all the money that we have spent on public assistance for illegal Mexican immigrants. Demand that the Mexican government use their huge oil wealth to put their own people to work.

Add this latest report to the thousands of charges and convictions already made against priests preying on children, and you have a church unlike any other on the planet.

Where is the leadership in the Catholic Church to rid itself and our lives of the moral indecency that exists thoughout its priesthood? In the case at hand, the monsignor would have us believe that gay sex does not qualify as a sin even though any sexby a priest would violate his PLEDGE of celebacy.

Why has the Catholic church seen fit to historically try their best to cover up and sweep the problem under the rug?

How can the priest on Sunday possibly stand up and present hinself as a credible example of moral decency when sexual perversion had made its way to a senior position in the Holy See?

ALL Catholics must STOP putting money into the collection plate until the Catholic church cleans up its moral mess.

California Dentist Says Breast Rubs Are Necessary

NOW I have heard it all!!! A California dentists claim that breast rubs are a necessary part of a dental treatment protocol, and has used this technique on 27 female patients.

WOODLAND, Calif. — A dentist accused of fondling the breasts of 27 female patients is trying to keep his dental license by arguing that chest massages are an appropriate procedure in certain cases. Mark Anderson's lawyer says dental journals discuss the need to massage the pectoral muscles to treat a common jaw problem.

Police say Anderson said during recorded phone calls that he routinely massaged patients' chests to treat temporo-mandibular joint disorder, or TMJ, which causes neck and head pain.

Attorney Robert Zaro told administrative law judge Jonathan Lew at a hearing Thursday that he should let Anderson keep his dental license while disciplinary appeals proceed. Anderson would be supervised by two assistants and would no longer do the chest rubs, Zaro said.

Zaro said Anderson, 48, of Woodland, needs to keep seeing patients so he can feed his seven children and pay for his defense.

The judge made no immediate decision.

Lew suspended Anderson's dental license last month. He was charged with two misdemeanor counts of battery and sexual battery. Yolo County prosecutors are investigating complaints from more than two dozen women who say they also were groped in the examining chair in the last five years.

Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Phillips gave Lew three new complaints, including one from a 31-year-old woman who said Anderson fondled her at least six times over two years.

She took to wearing tight shirts with high necklines, "and Anderson would still get in under her shirt and bra," according to a police report.

I have 4 sisters, a mother, a wife and a small daughter that individually and collectively would kick this dentist's royal @ss while waiting for the police to respond.

Why would the female patients even return to this perverted dentist?
