DAY 4: In prison, gangs keep going, but the system tries to help

When
gang members are sent to prison, they don’t stop their activity. Gangs members
find each other in prison, but it is rare for them to cause any significant
trouble. The prison in Sturtevant is about to join in a program that aims at
helping gang members being released back into trouble-prone areas of Milwaukee
to become productive members of society, even if they don’t renounce the gang.
