The LA Times is reporting that Paula Abdul has not been offered a new contract for the next season of "American Idol." And auditions for the ninth season begin next month.
Read the AP story here. This is not a good sign for our favorite loopy judge. As annoying and incoherent as she is, she does add some comic relief during especially boring stretches or seasons. If they don't have Paula for that, then who? Will they replace her with someone else? Or just keep Randy, Kara and Simon (which sounds really boring, doesn't it?) What do you think? Should they keep Paula or dump her? Should they replace her or just keep it at three judges?
