So I heard about this but didn't believe it until I checked it out. In HR 3200, a few days ago I pointed out that there was a required end of life counseling provision. Well, like I've said before, I had a great history teacher in junior high and one thing he pointed out about the Communist system of government was it's cradle to grave health care. We saw the grave now witness the cradle. I've highlighted the section of most interest in red.
SEC. 1713. OPTIONAL COVERAGE OF NURSE HOME VISITATION SERVICES.(a) In General- Section 1905 of the Social Security Act ( (1) in subsection (a)-- (A) in paragraph (27), by striking ‘and’ at the end; (B) by redesignating paragraph (28) as paragraph (29); and (C) by inserting after paragraph (27) the following new paragraph:
(2) by adding at the end the following new subsection:
(b) Effective Date- The amendments made by this section shall apply to services furnished on or after January 1, 2010. (c) Construction- Nothing in the amendments made by this section shall be construed as affecting the ability of a State under title XIX or XXI of the Social Security Act to provide nurse home visitation services as part of another class of items and services falling within the definition of medical assistance or child health assistance under the respective title, or as an administrative expenditure for which payment is made under section 1903(a) or 2105(a) of such Act, respectively, on or after the date of the enactment of this Act So is this telling us we are too stupid, after thousands of years of rearing children, to figure this stuff out for ourselves? Don't we rely on doctors, family and/or friends for information about a woman's first birth? What do we need the government nurse to come in before the baby is born to, again, counsel us? Part of this sounds like they want to stay involved to make sure that child grows up a productive citizen- you know- each according to his means. This part sounds like a form of population control....increasing birth intervals between pregnancies. So if you get pregnant too soon are they going to mandate abortions like in China? I'm not trying to fear monger- I want answers! Here's a link to the bill- it takes a while to load and scroll because the document is so large: :http://www.opencongress.org/bill/111-h3200/text?version=ih&nid=t0:ih:8 Thursday July 30, 2009

Did you ever wonder how it is that you could be watching something and totally not see something else that has changed? Maybe something small or maybe something major? The Change Blindness paradigm is an effect in which a major change can take place without the awareness of the watcher. The eye, or attention, is drawn to one thing that stays in constant motion and concentrates on that one thing while around the visual field they are viewing changes are made in one form or another. Below are two excellent examples of this occurrence. The first comes from the Psychology Department from the University of South Dakota. It is a picture that flips back and forth between the full picture and a modified picture with one major change. See how long it takes you to spot the change.
http://www.usd.edu/psyc301/Rensink.htm
The second, if you can follow the instructions, is very impressive. It’s easy and fun and if you do this right, and I know you will, it should blow your mind……unless you’ve seen it before then you already know.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2pK0BQ9CUHk **********“In order for a political ideology to conquer a nation the people will have to be distracted first.” StormyKnight 07/30/2009 ********** It is my contention that this is exactly the type of tactic we see our government employing today. While we are busy talking about the health care bill, the stimulus package, the state of the economy, police and professors, race [yet again], cap and trade, global climate change, green collar jobs [all of those being the basketball being thrown from one player to another] our attention is continually being redirected from things we should probably be paying attention to. For instance, these Czars, I’m not talking about the ones that Obama has appointed to his cabinet, I mean the ones being appointed by states like….well….all of them. Hmmmmm. When did this happen?
http://www.stateline.org/live/details/story?contentId=391122 **********“Then you move certain loyal, like minded people into key positions that will give you authority and control outside that country’s Constitution.” StormyKnight 07/30/2009 ********** Well, it seems to have happened sometime within the past six months. Was this part of the stimulus provision? What kind of strings and conditions are attached to the stimulus money? What kinds of hoops are we as a state going to have to jump through to get the money if we even want it or is it going to be forced on the states? Note, when examining the map on the stateline.org website, a lot of these Czars are people in positions of some power already. Whatever the answer may be, it’s too late to debate the topic as it has already happened. Now, comrade, about the Czars that Obama has appointed to his cabinet. Since each Czar is assigned a specific duty, answerable to no one but the president, is it not conceivable that they will be working in conjunction with the state Czars who are answerable to……who? Gee, I don’t know….the people? No, I don’t think the Czars were elected. The state legislature? Hey, wait! Isn’t the state legislature elected by the people to perform the job of controlling the money for the state, typically, no matter where it comes from? Whatever the answer may be, it’s too late to debate the topic as it has already happened. **********“Then once you have all your men lined up, you can take control without ever firing a shot by controlling the money” StormyKnight 07/30/2009 ********** So whose eyes was the wool pulled over? Was it those in Washington who didn’t have time to read the stimulus bill? Was it the apathy of the public that wasn’t paying attention to the “big” change by watching the basket ball being passed from one player to another that got us to this point? Or were we just not quite fully understanding when Barack Obama said he would “reshape” America. Reshape. Hmmm, interesting choice of words considering the U.S. has a system of government that allows the most freedoms of any country in the world. Why do we need to reshape anything about it regarding how the system of checks and balances work? It is said “The devil is in the details” and what details do we really know about the stimulus package? Whatever the answer may be, it’s too late to debate the topic as it has already happened. **********“Watch your back America. Socialism is real and is being flaunted right under your nose as you read this”. StormyKnight 07/30/2009 ********** It would seem the community organizer that became president is succeeding in pulling off the best sleight of hand since Houdini. Far more complex than anything Clinton or Bush could have ever come up with. Far more insidious than a campaign slogan built on the ideas of hope and change printed on a sticker and stuck to your neighbor’s bumper. Perhaps even far more along than maybe any of us could possibly fathom. This debate is not over and it is not too late to turn things around; but, once that door is opened, once that line is crossed, it will be too late to protect our rights and freedoms. ***********”See how easy it is to slip something passed people when they aren’t looking at something from different perspectives?” StormyKnight 07/30/2009 ********** Oh- And to be up front and honest, to help me make this point I used a little technique of my own. I call it “color changing blindness”. It illustrates the technique of presenting something to a subject and then doing something totally different behind the scenes. If you highlight this article you will find several quotes I made just today regarding this very subject. Can you find all 6 of them? **********”Congratulations! You have just discovered the secret messages and are now a fully self actualized human being. What would you do for a Klondike Bar?”********** Wednesday July 29, 2009

I was at home.
"Why don't you blog about some poor young mentally challenged woman so you can have some more laughs?" was all he could say. But by calling a woman he knows absolutely nothing about mentally challenged, over and over and over and over and over on multple blogs seems pretty insensitive.
So in honor of our furry liberal friend I offer this unrelated blog topic to try to take his mind off it:
"COLUMBIA, S.C. -- A South Carolina man was charged with having sex with a horse after the animal's owner caught the act on videotape, then staked out the stable and caught him at shotgun point, authorities said Wednesday. But this wasn't the first time Rodell Vereen has been charged with buggery. He pleaded guilty last year to having sex with the same horse after owner Barbara Kenley found him in the same stable and was sentenced to probation and placed on the state's sex offender list. Kenley said she noticed several weeks ago her 21-year-old horse Sugar was acting strange and getting infections again. She noticed things in the barn had been moved around - dirt piled up and bales of hay stacked near the horse's stall at her Lazy B Stables in Longs, about 20 miles northeast of Myrtle Beach. "Police kept telling me it couldn't be the same guy," Kenley said Wednesday. "I couldn't believe that there were two guys going around doing this to the same horse." She spent several nights at the stables, which are about four miles from her home, but didn't find anything. So she installed surveillance cameras, and when she reviewed the footage from July 19, she couldn't believe she was seeing the same man doing the same thing to her horse. Kenley didn't call police because she was certain the man would come back to the stable, and she wanted to make sure he was arrested. So she staked out the barn and caught Vereen inside Monday night, chasing him to his truck and holding him with her shotgun until police came. "He said he wasn't there to do anything, and I said, 'I know you were. I have you on tape.' And then he said he was sorry if he hurt me," Kenley said." The full story about this poor mentally challenged man can be found here: http://www.thesunnews.com/575/story/1000742.html?storylink=mirelated

Sorry folks! I didn't realize the link was bad 'til this morning so I reposted this blog.
Here's the real thing. A hidden camera in a Canadian hospital brought to you by Steven Crowder of pjtv.com. This guy did what the press did....oh....I'm sorry.....no.....our press has not looked into the Canadian system and reported on it at all now have they? Gee, could it be because they got their lips all over Obama's bum? What about those wonderful movie stars who said they were going to Canada for their health care? Oh....look. They're right over there on the left coast! They never even left.
Here's the FACTS as told by Canadian health care officials themselves....heh, heh, heh, and they didn't know how honest they were being for the hidden camera. So go ahead and deny everything as usual BF even though the proof will be right before your eyes. This vid is about 20 mins and I had problems restarting it if I put it on pause. So make sure you have the time to go through it all at once unless you can pause it and play again. I think this is very compelling. Follow the link below or type pjtv.com in the address bar. On the right side of the screen look for the title: PJTV Undercover: Steven Crowder Investigates CanadaCare... Will ObamaCare Be Any Better?

Many of you probably heard President Obama Wednesday night address an issue of a friend of his, Henry Gates, being arrested in Cambridge, Massechussets. On July 16th, 2009 a neighbor of Mr. Gates witnessed two black men with back packs attempting to enter Mr. Gate's home by forcing the front door open. Sgt. James Crowley responded to the scene at approximately 12:44PM and attempted to investigate if there was a break in at the residence. What he was met with was Henry Gates exhibiting a racist attitude toward Crowley and accused Crowley of being racist. As a security officer, I can empathize with Sgt. Crowley and have been accused myself of the same thing when simply investigating a report of a suspicious person on a property belonging to a company I work for. In my case, the subject did not belong on the businesses property and left willingly after the police were called. But it was those few moments of confrontation that worried me the most. A cleaner in one of the buildings noticed this guy milling about outside long after business hours. She reported it to security and I was the officer to respond. Upon arriving and locating the subject, I asked to see the man's identification. I was met with a comment along the lines of, I suppose because I'm black your going to tell me to leave. I explained to the gentleman that being black had nothing to do with his trespassing on private property. He evidently didn't understand fully because he asked if it wasn't because he was black then why did he have to leave. I explained to him that he was on private property and anyone who did not belong to the company would be asked to leave. He said he wasn't going to leave at first and it wasn't until I notified my base of operations that I would need assistance from the Caledonia Police Department did the man leave on his own accord. By the time the police arrived a few minutes later, the guy was near the entrance of the property and stopped by the police as well. They questioned him and released him with a warning not to return. I was worried the entire time that the man would play the race card because I know racism can be a two way street. Not caring personally about the color of one's skin, I still worry that a charge as such could be leveled against me. I have black friends and co-workers who would undoubtedly stand up to defend me but if it isn't until court that they have their say, I've already spent a whole lot of money I don't have on a trumped up charge. Sgt. James Crowley, in his report [I've provided a link below] states that he was met with an attitude from Gates. What I don't get, and I'm taking Sgt. Crowley's report as accurate since no one has come forth and said that he has a history of racism or any kind of trouble on the job (he is a supervisor and has full backing of the department in this matter) why didn't Gates just show his ID? Crowley would have left and Gates should be greatful that a neighbor showed any concern at all! If he has so much smarts to be a professor at Cambridge University isn't that how this should have played out? I'm guessing Gates just might be an opportunist and saw the chance to play the victim and race card. Why? Because he thought knowing the President would protect him. It didn't. He was arrested for disorderly conduct as he followed Sgt. Crowley out to the street and yelled in front of a bunch of witnesses that the officer was racist. There is a supplemental report filed by the second officer to respond to the scene, Carlos Figueroa, which substantiates Sgt. Crowley's account of events. Listening to President Obama last night one might think that Sgt. Crowley was the one in the wrong. I can understand the Prez wanting to side with his friend but sometimes the friend might be in the wrong. You be the judge. Here is the report: http://www.amnation.com/vfr/Police%20report%20on%20Gates%20arrest.PDF The following link is to a joint press release in which all parties agree it was an unfortunate incident: http://www.cambridgema.gov/CPD/News/newsDetail.cfm?story_id=2250 This article states that the department and police union back Crowley's actions. Government Run
Posted by: StormyKnight at 11:47AM CST on July 23, 2009
A few weeks ago I had to go to the DMV to get a new drivers license. The place was packed with an estimated 50 to 60 people....don't go on a Friday afternoon. It took about an hour before I was finally waited on by one of 6 employees, all who looked rather disinterested in what they were doing. Obviously, if they had more people on, the service would have been quicker and the burden less on the 6 employees that were there. But this is a government run service and I suppose to keep costs down, rather than increasing the number of employees for a known busy day, [that would only make sense right?] they had just the 6. As I waited the number of people also waiting increased by at least a dozen +. I would describe the experience as very slow and androgynous. Last week, while attempting to mail a package to a friend up state, I found myself in a similar situation only this time it was the United States Post Office. With only two employees to help about 30 customers it took 25 minutes to finally get to the front of the line. The employees, again, appeared to be less than interested in what they were doing and just going through the motions. They weren't unfriendly but they weren't exactly cordial either. Even the TV didn't seem to lift people's moods as they stood, some not so patiently with frequent heavy sighs, waiting with their respective needs. In both experiences, the government employees were like robots exhibiting little individual personality. Maybe it was just the working conditions that caused this similar behavior because I know they make more money than your average grocery clerk or night manager at the local convenience store. They have a better benefits package than most people. They have a better retirement plan. So why so glum? This got me to thinking about the possibility of facing a government run health care system. What kind of things, as a patient, will I have to face? Will I need to 'take a number'? How long of a wait would it be from the time I first enter the emergency room with injuries from a car accident 'til the time a doctor actually attended to me? These questions should not be taken lightly given the experience with other government run agencies. Why would I think that it would be any different as the robot nurse gathered my information in a non-hurried fashion? The doctor, who has only seen 3 patients before noon because of restrictions on the number of patience he's allowed to see, seems to be aggitated by the fact that he can't provide care to the extent he believes the patient needs due to heavy regulation. Sure it doesn't cost as much but it does cost me a bundle from my paycheck every couple weeks and I certainly am not getting my money's worth. When is the last time you heard of the DMV or the U.S.P.S. lowering costs to provide a more streamlined proficient service? OK- to be fair, the post office has restructured some of it's pricing but it's lack of being competetive has forced it to do so. So why would I believe that health insurance provided by the government would stay inexpensive? It certainly doesn't fit the pattern we've witnessed over the past 20, 30, 40 years does it? The president talks about government insurance competeing with the private insurance companies regarding cost. He believes that competition from the government will give insurance companies an incentive to lower their costs. He doesn't address whether they will cut services, just lower the cost. For certain, there will be a price to pay and it can only go one of three ways. 1) Either the insurance companies will lower their costs to keep from being driven out of business 2) They will cut services to cut costs- unknown if plan structures will be comparable to the public option or not and 3) They will not compete and be driven out of business as they raise their costs to keep the same amount of profit coming in. Thus they would essentially be 'phazed' out as more and more people and companies drop private coverage due to its expense and opt for the public plan. The following video demonstrates what it might be like if the government were to take over the restaurant industry. There is nothing inconsistent in this video regarding how we know government agencies to operate. Seeing the pattern and applying it to another scenario is often a good way to determine if an idea or plan will work well. After all, when have you heard of a company or industry copying bad ideas from each other? Wednesday July 22, 2009

I've wondered for a while now why veterans returning from military service would end up in the catagory of possible homegrown terrorists. I've pondered the possibilities and there are only 3 reasonable explainations I can come up with as to why the administration's Homeland Security would take such a view is this..... 1) IF a military soldier is compromised, is it possible that a conversion could have taken place, perhaps while on a three day pass overseas, and therefore become a threat to his/her own country? To what extent would one have to be brainwashed to raise arms against his/her own country, much less his/her family or friends in the name of some other allegience? Would something like this warrant putting veterans on a "watch list"? And which veterans? All of them could not have been compromised so how would we weed out the "who"? 2) IF a veteran returning from service abroad came back to their homeland to find it has been fundamentally changed from when he/she left, would this be reason enough to consider them a threat to the 'new and improved' country, anticipating they might take up arms against the government in protest? 3) IF I wanted to take over a country that champions freedom at all costs, who would be my biggest obstacle? The citizenry would be no match for the military resources at my disposal. That leaves fellow members of government whose trust I did not earn and the military. Determined to 'take over', bumping off a few politicians would surley get overlooked once I have complete control. But what about the military? They would most certainly be a threat if they didn't find my 'grab for it all' in the country's best interest. To avoid any confrontation, I would plan ahead to declare martial law at a point when I have gained most of the people's trust. They would have to rely on my protection because I have already confiscated and banned firearms of any kind. There would be a few resisters here and there but they would be silenced in an expedient manner....they would simply.....disappear. But there's that pesky military ready to defend the country's constitution. So again I would have to be smart enough to plan ahead and tell people that some in the military could pose a threat to the safety and security of the country. Therefore, these persons must be arrested, detained and put through a re-education program so that they would be neutralized. Non-compliance would mean certain execution. There, I've successfully taken over a country. It may have taken a few years to get everything into place but it was definately worth it. So, why did the Department of Homeland Security issue such a warning as pertaining to veterans? Beats me. We never got an explaination for it. Any ideas? Thoughts? Theories? Dems holding up health care- got that? DEMS

They're not getting the "leadership" that they expected from Obama who seems content to just wait for a bill and sign whatever it is. I wonder if he even cares about what's in it! "One Democratic senator told CNN that some congressional Democrats are "baffled," and another senior Democratic source told CNN that those members are frustrated that that they're not getting more specific direction from him [Obama] on health care." "We appreciate the rhetoric and his [Obama] willingness to ratchet up the pressure but what most Democrats on the Hill are looking for is for the president to weigh in and make decisions on outstanding issues," the senior Democratic congressional source said.
I doubt he [Obama] could make a decision considering most of his votes in congress were "present". Well, Mr. Prez, you can't vote "present" forever....can you? Here's the article: http://www.cnn.com/2009/POLITICS/07/22/health.reform/index.html Tuesday July 21, 2009

Gee- I wonder why they want to ram the health care bill through so fast! Obama reassured us that we will be able to keep our own health insurance. Well, well, well, in the July 15th edition of Investor's Business Daily it's reported that on page 16 of the 1,018 page health care bill was this little tid bit: "Congress: It didn't take long to run into an "uh-oh" moment when reading the House's "health care for all Americans" bill. Right there on Page 16 is a provision making individual private medical insurance illegal. When we first saw the paragraph Tuesday, just after the 1,018-page document was released, we thought we surely must be misreading it. So we sought help from the House Ways and Means Committee. It turns out we were right: The provision would indeed outlaw individual private coverage. Under the Orwellian header of "Protecting The Choice To Keep Current Coverage," the "Limitation On New Enrollment" section of the bill clearly states: "Except as provided in this paragraph, the individual health insurance issuer offering such coverage does not enroll any individual in such coverage if the first effective date of coverage is on or after the first day" of the year the legislation becomes law. So we can all keep our coverage, just as promised — with, of course, exceptions: Those who currently have private individual coverage won't be able to change it. Nor will those who leave a company to work for themselves be free to buy individual plans from private carriers. From the beginning, opponents of the public option plan have warned that if the government gets into the business of offering subsidized health insurance coverage, the private insurance market will wither. Drawn by a public option that will be 30% to 40% cheaper than their current premiums because taxpayers will be funding it, employers will gladly scrap their private plans and go with Washington's coverage." I'm convinced that if any politician told the truth, his/her head would explode. http://www.ibdeditorials.com/IBDArticles.aspx?id=332548165656854 Tuesday July 14, 2009

Global government has been a fear of God fearing people for years. First referred to in the Bible in the book of Revelations, global governance may soon be a reality. Speaking to a group in London on July 7th, 2009, Algore said in regards to the Cap and Trade bill and the environment,"But it is the awareness itself that will drive the change, and one of the ways it will drive the change is through global government and global agreements." Excluding China and India who have already said they will NOT subject their economies to cap and trade style regulation. So much for stopping global warming. More evidence surfaced at the recent G8 meeting in L’Aquila, Italy, on July 10th when Russian President Dmitry Medvedev pulled a new test coin (minted in Belgium) from his pocket and urged the need for a new global currency. The project, which began in 1996 and introduced the Eurodollar to Europe is now turning its scope worldwide. The United Nations has been trying to figure out for years how to create a tax globally through a $.01 an email tax, aviation fuel tax and/or a carbon tax. Regardless of religious implications, party affiliations or political leanings one thing can not be denied- global government will be coming to a planet near you....sooner or later. H.R. 1966 SEC 3, SEC. 881 (a) states,"Whoever transmits in interstate or foreign commerce any communication, with the intent to coerce, intimidate, harass, or cause substantial emotional distress to a person, using electronic means to support severe, repeated, and hostile behavior, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both." In response to the Megan Meier story about a 13 year old girl who was bullied through MySpace and eventually committed suicide as a result, [for the full story click here: http://abcnews.go.com/GMA/story?id=3882520&page=1 ] Congress has taken up the cause with this legislation. Electronic means is defined in the bill as "any equipment dependent on electrical power to access an information service, including email, instant messaging, blogs, websites, telephones, and text messages." The bill was introduced April 2nd, 2009 and would amend Title 18 of the U.S. code. As a society, are we becoming too thin skinned? Too sensitive? When I was growing up I learned a little phrase that got me through ACTUAL (not electronic) bullying...."Sticks and stones may break my bones but names will never hurt me". It was harder to believe that with the bully actually there pounding you with his fists, calling you names as he had you pinned to the ground but I believe I came out a stronger person because of that saying. So do we really need some sort of 'thought crime' law? How practical is it to have a prosecutor speculating the intent of someone's comments whether hostile and hateful or not? Liberal Tactics Part 2

Liberal Tactics Part 2
Todays Behavior Explained
I have noticed in recent times that liberals don’t seem to practice what they preach. They are of a “Do as I say not as I do” mentality. If it weren’t for the irony that these are the same people who, back in the turbulent times of the 60s, were fighting the system and telling everyone not to tell them what to do, they might seem comical. But they are far from comical as they spew their vitriolic platitudes and malign anyone who gets in their way a la Sarah Palin. So where do these tactics come from? From whom do they get their marching orders? Here is one such possibility. The person of most influence in recent times would be Saul Alinsky. Noted for his book, “Rules for Radicals”, there is little doubt that Alinsky helped shape the political landscape we see today. In his book, Alinsky lays out a roadmap to debase and demoralize political opponents. On page 126 of his book he says, "Tactics are those conscious deliberate acts by which human beings live with each other and deal with the world around them. Here our concern is with the tactic of taking; how the Have-Nots can take power away from the Haves." What’s most astounding is how open he is about his objectives and how easily this information can be found but not a lot of people know about his political and social philosophy or his extensive influence. You need look no further than the 2008 campaign to see this influence when President Obama told Joe the Plumber that his objective was to “spread the wealth around”. Below are the 13 rules Alinsky lays out for the modern radical: 1. "Power is not only what you have, but what the enemy thinks you have." Obama has pulled this idea off with the implementation of czars to handle issues traditionally taken care of by cabinet members and Congress. These czars answer only to Obama, they have no Constitutional authority and do not answer to Congress. Up until this week this action has been unchallenged however, the Senate may take this issue on soon. Most people do not realize that this is a power play to control more of the government than what’s allowed by the Constitution and throws off the system of checks and balances making the Executive Brach larger and more powerful than its counterparts, the Judicial and Legislative branches. 2. "Never go outside the expertise of your people. When an action or tactic is outside the experience of the people, the result is confusion, fear and retreat.... [and] the collapse of communication.” An organization under attack often wonders why real issues aren’t addressed by the radicals. It comes down to….the radical doesn’t necessarily know what the issue is and avoids it. 3. "Whenever possible, go outside the expertise of the enemy. Look for ways to increase insecurity, anxiety and uncertainty.” Organizations under attack are often blind-sided by irrelevant arguments that they don’t fully understand and are forced to address. 4. "Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules. You can kill them with this, for they can no more obey their own rules than the Christian church can live up to Christianity." This is why we see the double standard in treatment of Conservatives versus Liberals. Since the Democratic party holds no allegiance to family values, for example, nor do they profess to cherish them as the Republican party does, it makes it that much more difficult for Republicans when they are caught in a compromising position. 5. "Ridicule is man's most potent weapon. It is almost impossible to counteract ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition, which then reacts to your advantage." There is no defense to this tactic. Can anyone spell potato? I mean- potatoe? 6. "A good tactic is one your people enjoy." When the ‘radicals’ or supporters of your cause enjoy doing an activity, i.e. protesting, they will not have to be prompted to do so. They will engage in that activity on their own accord. 7. "A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag. Man can sustain militant interest in any issue for only a limited time." The left will undoubtedly prove this one correct as they continue to hound Sarah Palin even after she has resigned from public office. Avoid becoming ‘old news’. 8. "Keep the pressure on, with different tactics and actions, and utilize all events of the period for your purpose." By constantly bringing up new tactics you can accomplish two goals. 1- you keep the enemy off balance. When they master counteracting one form of attack hit them from another side with a new tactic. And 2- it never gives the opportunity for the organization to regroup, rest, recover or re-strategize. 9. "The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself." Leaving it up to imagination and ego will cause the opposition to dream up more than the activist is actually doing. This wastes time and resources while the organization creates its own collective mind of conclusions and in a sense creates a different world view. 10. "The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition. It is this unceasing pressure that results in the reactions from the opposition that are essential for the success of the campaign." It is my contention that this tactic was utilized to drive Sarah Palin from office. Once she was named as the Republican Vice-President nominee, a bevy of reporters and political strategists descended on Alaska with the intent to dig up as much dirt as possible to use against the Governor. 11. "If you push a negative hard and deep enough, it will break through into its counterside... every positive has its negative." When one side pushes hard enough it can incite violence from the opposing side. This was a tactic used by unions who would peacefully demonstrate and suffer a violent backlash from management that generated public sympathy for the unions. 12. "The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative." If you’re caught without a solution to a problem the opposition scores points. The agenda for the activist organization is to create a place at the table where they can wield their power and make their demands. 13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it. In conflict tactics there are certain rules that [should be regarded] as universalities. One is that the opposition must be singled out as the target and 'frozen’. Go after individuals not corporations or organizations. People are torn down easier than the institution itself. Mean but effective.
A community organizer needs to be flexible, changing with the flow of the political and social landscape. When appearing on the scene for the first time, the first thing an organizer does is mix things up. Creating discord allows the organizer to gather all sides of an issue together and begin talking about the issue. It is my contention that by calling together members of different organizations since being in office, this is exactly what President Obama is attempting to do. From banks to the automotive industry to health care providers, Obama is practicing the tactics set forth by Saul Alinsky. By setting the tone for discussion an organizer can choose his or her own path and direction. This is supported by Alinsky on page 6 of his book.
"Radicals must be resilient, adaptable to shifting political circumstances and sensitive enough to the process of action and reaction to avoid being trapped by their own tactics and forced to travel a road not of their choosing."
Right now, with this president, it is capitalism itself that is under attack. He has shown little wavering while seeking to “change” or as he has said in several speeches “reshape” the United States into something that resembles a European style socialist state. Alinsky states on page 10 of his book, "A Marxist begins with his prime truth that all evils are caused by the exploitation of the proletariat by the capitalists. From this he logically proceeds to the revolution to end capitalism, then into the third stage of reorganization into a new social order of the dictatorship of the proletariat, and finally the last stage -- the political paradise of communism."
Communism, for many, raises an eyebrow and thoughts of conspiracy theories that are too outlandish to believe, I’m sure. Would an American president truly lead us to the oppression of a Communist state? At this stage it would not be difficult as there are a couple planks of the Communist Manifesto already at play and in full force in the United States today. The first being the second plank of the Communist Manifesto which states, “A heavy progressive or graduated income tax.” To help support the Civil War effort, Congress began the first income tax in 1862. This was the forerunner to today’s system as it was based on the principles of graduated, or progressive, taxation and of withholding income at the source. Relying on strictly internal taxes before the war, the government collected revenue from the sale of distilled spirits, carriages, refined sugar, tobacco and snuff, property sold at auction and corporate bonds. In 1872, Congress eliminated the income tax reverting back to taxation efforts on tobacco and distilled spirits. But in 1894 they revived the income tax only to have it struck down a year later by the Supreme Court as being unconstitutional. Then in 1913 the 16th Amendment was added to the Constitution and income taxes have been a permanent fixture ever since.
The other plank in the manifesto that is existent today is the 10th plank. “Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children's factory labour in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production”. While the first two points are clear to see that we do have free education K-12 and we have child labor laws which are in agreement with the second point, the third point may seem far fetched at first. The Partners in Education program sponsored by a community organization known as Racine Area Manufacturers and Commerce or RAMAC, parallels the idea of combining education with industrial production or the labor force in general. Their website describes the program as this:
Partners in Education provides direction and support to both business and educational systems to ensure the development of a productive and contributing workforce for our area. It: 1)Directs the Youth Apprenticeship Program
While this may seem innocuous at first, I mean, who’s not for teaching people how to fish, right? I leave it up to you to decide if this is not exactly the type of program that would fall under this philosophy? “In a higher phase of communist society, after the enslaving subordination of the individual to the division of labor, and therewith also the antithesis between mental and physical labor, has vanished; after labor has become not only a means of life but life's prime want; after the productive forces have also increased with the all-around development of the individual, and all the springs of co-operative wealth flow more abundantly—only then can the narrow horizon of bourgeois right be crossed in its entirety and society inscribe on its banners: From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs!” Karl Marx from 'Critique of the Gotha Program' 1875. Is this the road we are on?
President Obama has demonstrated his community organizer influence in a few of his speeches. He has demonstrated bringing both sides together to reach a compromise in his Acceptance Speech at the Democratic Convention in 2008. “We may not agree on abortion, but surely we can agree on reducing the number of unwanted pregnancies in this country. The reality of gun ownership may be different for hunters in rural Ohio than for those plagued by gang-violence in Cleveland, but don't tell me we can't uphold the Second Amendment while keeping AK-47s out of the hands of criminals. I know there are differences on same-sex marriage, but surely we can agree that our gay and lesbian brothers and sisters deserve to visit the person they love in the hospital and to live lives free of discrimination. Passions fly on immigration, but I don't know anyone who benefits when a mother is separated from her infant child or an employer undercuts American wages by hiring illegal workers. This too is part of America's promise - the promise of a democracy where we can find the strength and grace to bridge divides and unite in common effort.”
Here, Obama displays the mixing up, debate and compromise tactic Alinsky puts forth in his book. Liberals, for the most part, do not have a problem with abortion unlike their counterparts, conservatives, who do. Obama points out that we have differences in opinion and deflects those differences with the idea of reducing unwanted pregnancies. This satisfies both sides but requires that conservatives allow abortion to continue. He goes on to compare hunters in contrast to gangs. While hunters use their guns for lawful purposes gangs, for the most part, do not. Rather than talking about enforcing laws on the books already there to curb gang violence and keep guns out of the hands of criminals, Obama again deflects the issue with an admonishment. “….don‘t tell me we can’t uphold the Second Amendment while keeping AK-47s out of the hands of criminals”. And who could begrudge someone wanting to visit a loved one in the hospital even if it’s a lesbian relationship? I personally believe all forms of discrimination are offensive but I also understand there are limits i.e. triad couples or marrying your dog definitely crosses a line for me. Immigration does indeed invoke passions about what to do with people who are here illegally. Obama addresses the human aspect but overlooks the fact that if you are here illegally you are breaking the law to begin with.
In his Inaugural Address, President Obama dismisses the old order of things for the new, but from which stand point is he speaking from? In order to see that his philosophy is radically different from previous presidents we need look no further than a ringing endorsement from Saul Alinsky’s son which was quoted in part 1 of this blog. David Alinsky praises the Democratic convention for its strategy and praises Obama’s obvious implementation of ideals he learned from being a community leader. This would suggest that there is no ‘conspiracy’ but rather a game plan to effect change or a reshaping of the United States.
“On this day, we come to proclaim an end to the petty grievances and false promises, the recriminations and worn out dogmas, that for far too long have strangled our politics…..What the cynics fail to understand is that the ground has shifted beneath them - that the stale political arguments that have consumed us for so long no longer apply. The question we ask today is not whether our government is too big or too small, but whether it works - whether it helps families find jobs at a decent wage, care they can afford, a retirement that is dignified. Where the answer is yes, we intend to move forward. Where the answer is no, programs will end. And those of us who manage the public's dollars will be held to account - to spend wisely, reform bad habits, and do our business in the light of day - because only then can we restore the vital trust between a people and their government….I know there are those who dismiss such beliefs as happy talk. They claim that our insistence on something larger, something firmer and more honest in our public life is just a Trojan Horse for higher taxes and the abandonment of traditional values. And that's to be expected. Because if you don't have any fresh ideas, then you use stale tactics to scare the voters. If you don't have a record to run on, then you paint your opponent as someone people should run from.” In the last few lines above, Obama clearly uses the ideas of Alinsky’s “Rules for Radicals” by tearing down the old order and setting up a new one. Note he does not deny that higher taxes and abandoning traditional values are a goal he shares with many Liberals today, including Alinsky. Consider for a moment that while using platitudes that few would disagree with i.e. families finding jobs at a decent wage and health care that is affordable, President Obama believes that the government should be the solution to these problems and not the free market. There can be no doubt that the idea of collectivism is one that comes from Socialism/Communism/Marxism and not from a free nation that champions the individual. Thursday July 9, 2009

Liberal Tactics Pt.1 Non-violent Means to an End So how does one change the shape of a nation through non-violent means? MAHATMA GANDHI is one of the most noted for the way his peaceful protests confounded India's British occupiers. Gandhi said, "The non-violence of my conception is a more active and more real fighting against wickedness than retaliation whose very nature is to increase wickedness. I contemplate a mental and, therefore, a moral opposition to immoralities. I seek entirely to blunt the edge of the tyrant's sword, not by putting up against it a sharper-edged weapon, but by disappointing his expectation that I would be offering physical resistance." Gandhi was lucky he was going up against the British and not Hitler who would have put him to death summarily. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. said regarding peaceful protests, “One method is that of acquiescence. There are those individuals who feel that the only way to deal with their oppression is to resign themselves to the fate of oppression. There are those who surrender and find themselves becoming conditioned to things as they are. They feel that it is better to live with these things than to go through the ordeals of changing the old order to the new order. There was a man who lived in one of the Negro communities in Atlanta some years ago; he used to play his guitar and sing various songs, and one day he was heard singing a song that went something like this: "Been down so long that down don't bother me." I guess he had achieved a level of freedom- a freedom of exhaustion. He had given up the struggle. So this is the method of acquiescence- but it is not the way. It may be the easy way at times, but it is not the moral way and it is not the courageous way; it is a cowardly way for the individual who adjusts to an evil system, and he must take some of the responsibility for the perpetuation of the unjust system.” So fighting back physically, while cathartic at best and deadly at worst, as everyone has heard at least once, violence never solves anything…..war being excluded. War establishes borders, protects a country and stops tyrants like Hitler who do not respond to reason. Giving in, or acquiescence, does not defend the rights of the individual nor does it stop a problem. When one gives up, the threat is free to take total control as it is not hindered by truth, righteousness or reason. In recent times we have seen peaceful tax protests in which all sides of the political spectrum have been participating. Unlike protests of the 1960s which often broke out in violence and resulting in bloodshed, there have been no reports of violence at Tea Parties held from one coast to the other. But what these protestors may or may not know is they have just engaged an enemy in a non-violent war; a war for the very ideals that this country stands for and one which reaches far beyond the ideology of just taxes. In a 1972 interview in Playboy magazine, Saul Alinksy [self proclaimed radical for social and political “change”] was asked, “The assumption behind the Administration's Silent Majority thesis is that most of the middle class is inherently conservative. How can even the most skillful organizational tactics unite them in support of your radical goals?” Alinsky responded, “Conservative? That's a crock of cr*p. Right now they're nowhere. But they can and will go either of two ways in the coming years -- to a native American fascism or toward radical social change. Right now they're frozen, festering in apathy, leading what Thoreau called "lives of quiet desperation:" They're oppressed by taxation and inflation, poisoned by pollution, terrorized by urban crime, frightened by the new youth culture, baffled by the computerized world around them. They've worked all their lives to get their own little house in the suburbs, their color TV, their two cars, and now the good life seems to have turned to ashes in their mouths. Their personal lives are generally unfulfilling, their jobs unsatisfying, they've succumbed to tranquilizers and pep pills, they drown their anxieties in alcohol, they feel trapped in long term endurance marriages or escape into guilt-ridden divorces. They're losing their kids and they're losing their dreams. They're alienated, depersonalized, without any feeling of participation in the political process, and they feel rejected and hopeless. Their utopia of status and security has become a tacky-tacky suburb, their split-levels have sprouted prison bars and their disillusionment is becoming terminal. They're the first to live in a total mass-media-oriented world, and every night when they turn on the TV and the news comes on, they see the almost unbelievable hypocrisy and deceit and even outright idiocy of our national leaders and the corruption and disintegration of all our institutions, from the police and courts to the White House itself. Their society appears to be crumbling and they see themselves as no more than small failures within the larger failure. All their old values seem to have deserted them, leaving them rudderless in a sea of social chaos. Believe me, this is good organizational material. The despair is there; now it's up to us to go in and rub raw the sores of discontent, galvanize them for radical social change. We'll give them a way to participate in the democratic process, a way to exercise their rights as citizens and strike back at the establishment that oppresses them, instead of giving in to apathy. We'll start with specific issues -- taxes, jobs, consumer problems, pollution -- and from there move on to the larger issues: pollution in the Pentagon and the Congress and the board rooms of the mega corporations. Once you organize people, they'll keep advancing from issue to issue toward the ultimate objective: people power. We'll not only give them a cause, we'll make life god**mn exciting for them again -- life instead of existence. We'll turn them on.” Alinsky has had great influence in the American culture and bases his tactics of a non-violent change to the American political and social systems on the model set forth by Italian Communist, Antonio Gramsci. Gramsci [pronounced grom-she] believed that by tearing down the old order of things goals could be achieved by eliminating moral absolutes found in the world’s religions, most notably the Christian religion. Once moral barriers are broken down a new set of absolutes replaces the old order from politics to religion to cultural and moral values.
The thrust of Alinksy’s plan is currently being achieved through non-violent means in the form of community organizers and organizations such as ACORN whose goal is to change the world from what it is to what they believe it should be. The question remains as to who gives them the right to moral superiority over the rest of the masses? On page three of Alinsky’s book, “Rules for Radicals”, Alinsky asserts, “In this book we are concerned with how to create mass organizations to seize power and give it to the people; to realize the democratic dream of equality, justice, peace.... "Better to die on your feet than to live on your knees.' This means revolution." To meet this challenge, the organizer sets forth to generate a consensus by sitting down with people on both sides of an issue. The organizer creates chaos between the two sides, provides guidance toward consensus and leaves the participants almost jubilant in their new found understanding. What really happens is each side has compromised their principles believing that they have traded them for a new, higher morality. Dr. Robert Klench describes the process as Total Quality Management. "Total Quality Management [TQM] is based upon the Hegelian dialectic, invented by Georg Wilhelm Freidrich Hegel, a transformational Marxist social psychologist. Briefly, the Hegelian dialectic process works like this: a diverse group of people (in the church, this is a mixture of believers (thesis) and unbelievers (antithesis), gather in a facilitated meeting (with a trained facilitator/teacher/group leader/change agent), using group dynamics (peer pressure), to discuss a social issue (or dialogue the Word of God), and reach a pre-determined outcome (consensus, compromise, or synthesis). “When the Word of God is dialogued (as opposed to being taught didactically) between believers and unbelievers... and consensus is reached – agreement that all are comfortable with – then the message of God's Word has been watered down... and the participants have been conditioned to accept (and even celebrate) their compromise (synthesis). The new synthesis becomes the starting point (thesis) for the next meeting, and the process of continual change (innovation) continues. "The fear of alienation from the group is the pressure that prevents an individual from standing firm for the truth of the Word of God, and such a one usually remains silent (self-editing). The fear of man (rejection) overrides the fear of God. The end result is a 'paradigm shift' in how one processes factual information." To find evidence that these practices are alive and well and being utilized today one only needs to look to the most recent Democratic convention. Saul Alinsky states in his book, “Rules for Radicals (1971)”, “As an organizer I start from where the world is, as it is, not as I would like it to be. That we accept the world as it is does not in any sense weaken our desire to change it into what we believe it should be - it is necessary to begin where the world is if we are going to change it to what we think it should be. That means working in the system.”
At the 2008 Democratic convention Michelle Obama said in her speech, “'Barack stood up that day,' talking about a visit to Chicago neighborhoods, 'and spoke words that have stayed with me ever since. He talked about 'The world as it is' and 'The world as it should be…' And, 'All of us driven by a simple belief that the world as it is just won't do – that we have an obligation to fight for the world as it should be."
In the August 31st, 2008 edition of the Boston Globe, L. David Alinsky (son of Saul) had this to say about the Democratic convention: “All the elements were present: the individual stories told by real people of their situations and hardships, the packed-to-the rafters crowd, the crowd's chanting of key phrases and names, the action on the spot of texting and phoning to show instant support and commitment to jump into the political battle, the rallying selections of music, the setting of the agenda by the power people. The Democratic National Convention had all the elements of the perfectly organized event, Saul Alinsky style. Barack Obama's training in Chicago by the great community organizers is showing its effectiveness. It is an amazingly powerful format, and the method of my late father always works to get the message out and get the supporters on board. When executed meticulously and thoughtfully, it is a powerful strategy for initiating change and making it really happen. Obama learned his lesson well. I am proud to see that my father's model for organizing is being applied successfully beyond local community organizing to affect the Democratic campaign in 2008. It is a fine tribute to Saul Alinsky as we approach his 100th birthday. L. DAVID ALINSKY Wednesday July 8, 2009

I Still Hate You, Sarah Palin The Republicans bring a knife to a gunfight, and lose again. By David Kahane One of the most terrifying moments of my political life came last summer at the Republican convention in St. Paul. No, I don’t mean seeing John McCain careering around the Xcel Energy Center like Eyegore in Young Frankenstein, his face frozen in a Lon Chaney Sr. rictus grin as he reached across the aisle to his erstwhile friends in the media and got his hand bitten off. Rather, I’m referring to the aftermath of Sarah Palin’s outrageous acceptance speech, which whipped up the Rotary Club delegates into a frenzy of white-boy fury that not even heckling by a brave Code Pink embed could deter. Truly a fascist classic and one that sent shivers down our collectivist spines. http://article.nationalreview.com/print/?q=NDE3MmE5MDVmMGM1YjQ2NmVhMjJkN2I2ZTcxMzhlNjU=

Unintended Consequences Dateline: 07/07/2015 “It’s just not fair”, commented Ficus Jones, President of P.E.T.A. (Plants Enduring Toxic Atmospheres). “The humans are clearly waging a war of life and death. We supply them with oxygen and how do they repay us?” The auditorium exploded with applause when, at the fourth annual conference on Global Carbon Level Change in Manchester opened on Monday night. Ever since the second Kyoto Accord was enacted, the Ficus family has witnessed the death of relatives all over the world from South Africa to Greenland to Indonesia to the Jersey shore. A total of 8.3 million family members world wide have been devastated by the carbon drought. And the Ficus family is not the only family that has seen the devastating effects of man’s environmental meddling. The Conifers have seen 6.7 million disappear from their ranks. The Banyans have lost two thirds of its population throughout the south Pacific alone. “If the carbon drought continues, we will be denied our sentient status on the evolutionary scale. We will not be denied our God given rights!” said Todd Banyan, owner of Mites and Things. “The humans don’t understand what they have done nor do they care. It’s a problem I feel down deep in my roots.” Todd, whose wife Lacey, has four bulbs to look after and whose wife is about to bud, commented, “In these tough times we must learn to conserve as much oxygen as we can to suffocate our enemy. It’s too difficult to try to take them over when they are depriving us of our only means of breathing.” When asked what the best course of action should be to resolve this issue, human president, Algore said, “This truth is inconvenient so I can not answer at this time.” Press secretary David Axelrod, commented in a recent press conference that “Carbon emissions are down 47% and project they will fall another 7% by the end of the year.” When asked his opinion of this statement, Ficus replied, “54% of our carbon is gone. Wonderful. That Axelrod is no Axel Rose” referring to Ficus’s revolutionary uncle who, along with his wife Rosa Sharon, his cousin Virginia and father Scotch Rose took gardens by storm back in the 1980s. To Senators Herb Kohl and Russ Feingold, With all the talk about the Cap and Trade bill passed by the House last Friday, I have noticed one thing about all the discussions about said bill. The one thing that every discussion has in common is that NO ONE is denying that energy costs will go up. President Obama said energy costs would “skyrocket” and others are saying monthly bills will triple. This is unacceptable. I know you couldn’t possibly relate to the everyday citizen trying to make it by on a shoestring budget because you have taken so much money from their pay checks already and continue to do so without regard of the effects. To you, we are your cash cow. It is evident in your actions every time you vote to raise taxes, fees, what ever you want to call the tax this week, and quite frankly sirs, I am sick and tired of it. Let’s say for one moment that my energy bill doubles this winter; a conservative figure from the discussions that have been going on in the news about Cap and Trade. I am barely able to get by on two jobs now that I own my own home. Yes, I have been able to make all the house payments and I even plan tomorrow to have a WHEDA loan, which is about to amortize, combined with my mortgage loan. The interest rates are lower now than when I bought my house so I will end up saving myself, in real dollars, $2 a month. This is what I have to do to stay ahead of my government. Rob Peter to pay Paul. Now if my heating cost doubles, or worse triples next winter, I will have to keep my house at 60 degrees instead of 65 like last winter and it won’t even help that much with the cost in the long run anyway if this bill is passed. One thing I’m sure you’ve rarely considered is that in the real world people do not always get raises when they should. I work for a security company and we’re lucky if we get a quarter raise every two and a half to three years. I’m sure you can figure out that if Congress incurs yet another round of taxes, another round of mandates, my coworkers and myself, will not be able to afford to heat their homes without having to cut back in other areas like food, clothing and travel. This does not paint the picture of a free nation, this paints the picture of a nation being suppressed by its overbearing government and for what? To reduce carbon emissions by a negligible percent while China makes up two fold what we will be trying to curb? For a gas that every creature on earth exhales? For a gas that plants soak up and in turn create oxygen? For crying out loud Senators, I wasn’t born yesterday. CO2 is a harmless gas and you guys prove it by planting trees to offset the supposed “carbon footprint”. Find me one life form on Earth that isn’t carbon based and you’d have a shot at changing my mind. As I write this on July 1st, 2009 it is currently 55 degrees at 11:23 AM. The weatherman pointed out that the normal high for the day is 80 degrees. Obviously, God or Mother Nature is trying to tell you politicians something but you’re not even paying attention. As Algore goes around spouting his theories and falsehoods, the temperature isn’t proving what he has to say to be true. A recent report from the EPA, which has been suppressed, wasn’t even considered when it came to crafting legislation because it does not contain the politically correct view about global warming, but I understand now that it will be brought before a committee for consideration. Good! It would appear that the EPA has drawn it’s conclusions from a political standpoint and not from any scientific facts. You know, you guys have it pretty good there in Washington, don’t you? Whenever the cost of living goes up you just vote yourself a raise. And where does that money you get for your raises come from? Oh- why look at that….it comes from me who is struggling. My neighbors who are struggling. My parents who are struggling. My friends who are struggling. I think it may be time for your bosses, the people, to force you to give more of your paycheck in taxes. What a wonderfully twisted little world you guys have created for yourselves with your pay for life and health care for life. It’s a perversion of the intent of what your office was created for which was to be temporary….not a lifetime career. Get a real job! But what you forget is that at the bottom of the heap are guys like me. Guys who go out every day and work their fingers to the bone. Who work two jobs so they can somehow, someway acquire a little piece of the American dream- only to have it ripped away from them as the government encroaches on their freedoms, their fortunes, their sacred honor. A government that imposes undo taxes on its people for the sake of a thirty year projection on the climate of the Earth when they can’t predict the weather two days from now is a government that is destined to fail. It will fail under the weight of guidelines that mandate green policies without regard to the cost to the people. The people will not stand for environmental inspectors to come into their houses and evaluate everything from windows, to insulation, to furnaces and water heaters and be told they have to replace all these things before they can sell their house if the environmental standards aren’t met. IT’S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS! STAY OUT OF MY HOUSE. If someone agrees to buy it in the condition it is in then the government DOES NOT HAVE A SAY. PERIOD! In conclusion, I put to you this challenge, Senators. Attend one of the Tea Parties this July 4th and talk to people. Don’t sit there in your ivory tower and look down your nose at them. Get out and talk to them. While $150 to $300 more a month to heat your home will mean nothing to you millionaires, find out what it will do to the average family before you vote on this travesty known as Cap and Trade….or more appropriately, Cap and Tax, Tax, Tax. While paying a higher price to fly the Bucks around will mean nothing to you Senator Kohl, find out what $5 or $6 a gallon for gas will do to the average working family. There are consequences for your actions, Senators. I’m just trying to inform you of an option to the backlash that will no doubt happen if you and your fellow Senate members vote the Cap and Tax bill into law. And I, for one, will remember in November to vote for anyone but you.
