    as i was walking around the boys in the subdivision around trick or treating i was approached by a freind of mine in majestic hills. he told me that a week or two ago that sturtevant is considering a wheel tax to make up some of the money lost due to OUR not having any money. i couldnt believe my ears. it was 5 or so dollars per tire per year he said. my blood started to boil and i got pissed. what in the hell is going on here? so YOU as the village board mad some bad investments and the rest of us got to pick up the bill? you have got to be kidding me. milwaukee scams this additional money for their budget deficet, not a village of 6000 or so. furthermore, you need to stop listening to your village adminstrator cause trust me, they didnt want him in racine and now he's making sturtevant into the money pit it was when milkie left. when is this community going to wake up and realize that all this affects US. to sit and be mindless and not realize that these descions are not being made to benefit the village but to cover mistakes is what is happening. the good old boys club needs to come to an end and all the coniving people that are supposedly looking out for sturtevants best interest are not. between two cops that dont do there jobs yet are untouchable because of who they know and we all know who they are, to the descions being made by the unqualified as to our road construction projects, to being mislead thru the whole process and purjury in the racine courts, this has got to stop and stop now. you shouldnt have used the tid money on building that park behind the prison who is it benefiting? the prisoners?  the board chose to build houses in the softest market ever recorded, and yet, you want me to give you my hard earned money? you as the village board what the hell are you doing? your out of money, your out of excuses, and now by the good grace of god you are out of time
