To everyone who lives in Eagle Lake Manor, Kansasville {Town of Dover}

I lived her since I was little. I still live here. I can say how disapointed I am about living here. The messy yards,{not everyone} garbage, old cars in the yards, & etc. This is suppose to be Our Community. Pay dues to an Association, Inc. For what?

I am really embrassed to live here. There is no reason to have a Messy Yard.

You can own a very old house and still have it look good. What alittlle paint can do. Clean up the yards. If you are going to have junk keep it out of site, until it can be claned up.

Our fees for the Eagle Lake Monor Association go for What? Broken swing sets in the play area. People with ATV, and Snowmobiles ruin the median, and rip up the grass. Trash that is not picked up on the roads and grass.

It:s all BIg Talk and no Go. Take action we want out Community back like when I grew up, People took pride in their yards.

Our roads are Terrible out here, that would be the town of Dover, they say they do not have the funds to pave new roads.

Let"s all pitch in and try to live up to Our name. Eagle Lake Manor, not Eagle Lake Dump.
